Aparna Biswas is a contemporary Indian artist known for her unique visual language that blends abstraction with subtle narrative elements. Aparna began her formal art education at the “Art Wing” School in Dibrugarh, where she was mentored by the eminent Sri Sanat Baruah. She further pursued her passion for fine arts under the guidance of Late Kanti Chowdhury at Nabagram, Konnagar, Hooghly, where she honed her technical skills and deepened her understanding of artistic expression.
Currently, Aparna continues her creative journey from her home studio in Garia, Kolkata, where she explores various media, themes, and conceptual frameworks with a quiet yet persistent dedication.
